Once the seller receives payment, they must securely dispatch the artwork within 7 working days; obtaining a valid receipt from the postal service, which clearly displays the dispatch address. Failure to dispatch artwork will result in instant suspension from Art Gateway and the removal of all listings. Failures to complete transactions will be reported to PayPal. |

False or fraudulent accounts will be reported to the appropriate authorities. |

Art Gateway is an on-line gallery providing a platform to display/sell and view artwork and is not responsible for transactions between seller and buyer. |

Artists can sell unlimited quantities of artwork within the categories provided they comply with the Terms & Conditions. |

Art Gateway reserves the right to 1.5% commission for every transaction (gross), which will be deducted prior transfer to your PayPal account. |

Buyers have the right to leave feedback, which will be placed on the artist profile in conjunction with the quantity of items sold. |

Sellers must be over 18 years to list and sell items. |
| 9. |
Posting a profile is free and once accepted members will receive a monthly newsletter. |

Sellers must have an active PayPal account before transactions can take place. |

Sellers must dispatch all items by recorded delivery; failure to do so breaches the Terms & Conditions and could result in removal form Art Gateway or bad feedback. |

Any Artist or user of the Art Gateway site that posts an image on the Art Gateway site has sole responsibility for that image, if we find that you are committing a copyright offence we will ban you form our site. |
